Location: Northeast of England
Rate: £400 per day Inside IR35
Duration: Initial 3 month contract
Panoramic Associates is currently supporting our client with the appointment of an experienced Business Analyst specialising in CRM systems on a contract basis. This is a key role supporting ongoing strategic initiatives to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business transformation projects, using data-driven insight and strong stakeholder engagement to shape effective CRM solutions.
Overview of role responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for CRM enhancements.
- Analyse current CRM workflows and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and work closely with IT teams to support delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across departments and project stakeholders.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of CRM-related projects.
- Develop clear documentation including process maps, user stories, and test cases.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise CRM system adoption and usage.
- Monitor project progress, escalate issues where required, and help ensure delivery is achieved on time and within scope.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems.
- A strong understanding of CRM platforms, ideally including industry-standard systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to support business decision-making.
- Experience working within Agile or similar project delivery methodologies.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail alongside strong strategic thinking.
