Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits

Our client, an award-winning, multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy, is continuing to grow its presence in Manchester and is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Building Surveyor to join their team.
With a strong pipeline of work secured, this is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth and make a genuine impact.
You’ll be involved in a diverse range of projects across education and healthcare, public sector estates, residential, commercial, and insurance sectors. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll take on a leadership role within the team and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of building surveying services, with a strong focus on project work
- Lead projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams internally
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Support business development and work-winning activities
- Supervise, manage, and mentor junior team members
- Undertake technical reviews to ensure quality and consistency of service delivery
About You
- MRICS Chartered
- Consultancy experience, ideally with exposure to public sector projects
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
- Able to manage your own workload and take ownership of projects
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Excellent technical knowledge across all aspects of building surveying
- Analytical thinker with the ability to produce clear, well-considered reports and recommendations
