Overview:
Are you passionate about workforce development in Adult Social Care? We’re looking for a proactive individual to lead our Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy, focusing on workforce planning, career pathways, and cultural change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver workforce and OD strategies to meet service objectives.
- Implement workforce development initiatives for cultural change and service improvement.
- Oversee career progression frameworks, post-qualifying study, and student placements.
- Collaborate with staff and managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and retention.
- Manage training budgets to support service development.
- Provide workforce development advice and guidance.
- Lead commissioning and management of learning and development needs.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes.
