Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client seeking an Interim UKSPF Programme Manager to join the team for an initial 3-month contract.
UKSPF Programme Manager
3 Month Contract (Rolling)
Outside IR35
Part-time 3 days a week – Hybrid working 1 day onsite
Local Authority
Within the role, you will lead in advancing a diverse array of projects, concentrating on the key themes of Community and Place, Supporting Local Businesses, and People and Skills, as outlined in the Government’s UKSPF prospectus.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead the implementation of the UKSPF Investment Plan by creating a program of activities aligned with the Investment Plan.
- Coordinate the development and execution of projects within the UKSPF framework.
- Ensure that the UKSPF Investment Plan and its projects adhere to all guidelines set by the Department of Levelling Up, Communities and Housing (DLUCH), especially regarding eligible expenditure, output collection, reporting, evaluation, and branding.
- Establish systems and procedures to effectively manage the Investment Plan activities throughout the UKSPF delivery period.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Previous experience working within a local authority.
- Experience managing Economic Development or Regeneration projects.
- Experience of managing external funding streams.
- Previous experience ensuring assurance /governance of projects.
