Interim Street Scene Operations Manager

Panoramic Associates are working with a Midlands based Local Authority to find a candidate who can provide leadership, and strategic direction to manage the Council’s Environmental Services.
This position will have a focus on Street Scene, but experience across other areas of the Environmental Services directorate would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategy to 11 direct reports across Streetscene, Countryside, Arbor, Parks and Flood Risk Mitigation.
- Review Streetscene services, and other service areas, to identify areas of improvement.
- Handle HR Change Processes
- Review and improve IT automation and efficiency
- Management of Waste PFI Contracts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly experienced running environmental services within a Local Authority
- History of leading transformational programmes
