Senior Site Manager
£200-£250 a day - Company van - Fuel allowance
Bristol

Panoramic Associates are currently supporting one of the south west's leading housing developers. Due to continued growth, we require an experienced site manager to oversee a major development in the Bristol area.

As the successful senior site manager, you will have proven experience of delivering housing developments of 100 plus units to a high standard, on budget and to schedule.

As Site manager your day to day duties will include:

  • Budget tracking
  • Assisting the current team on site with all facets of operations
  • Assisting with inductions and delegation of labour.
  • Organising of subcontractors and liaising with client.
  • Organisation of operations on site.
  • Assist with delivery from 1st fix to CML.
  • Ensure project is running to schedule.


Qualifications
To be considered for the role, you will require in date tickets including

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • NEBOSH - Construction
