Short Breaks Commissioner (SEND)

Panoramic Associates are working with a Berkshire based LA in their search for a part time SEN Commissioner to join their Short Breaks service.

The successful candidate will be working on a major project and will be given autonomy and trusted to come up with solutions that drive key business decisions. The review will be fast paced and deliver two key outputs:

  • A robust needs analysis
  • A considered options appraisal for future commissioning arrangements for short breaks provision.

They are ideally looking for a Data Analyst with experience of utilising Mosaic, great attention to detail and communication skills. They need to be highly analytical with a proven track record of developing robust data sets and the ability to write concise high quality needs assessments, drawing conclusions and making evidence-based recommendations to support commissioning decisions and approaches.

An understanding of Short Breaks services, data and commissioning is essential.

We are looking for the project to be delivered over 2 days per week for 12 weeks.
