Role: Service Manager - Fostering

Rate: £400 - £450 p/d

Working Style: Hybrid Working

Contract: 6 months

Description:

- Management of a team of Social Workers and Team Managers within the Fostering Service

- Actively manage, lead and promote the Fostering Service, ensuring the growth of in-house Foster Carers, Supported Lodgings and When Im Ready provision through focused and targeted recruitment and retention activity. To manage the operational activity of the Service, embedding best practice throughout.

- To promote professional standards by developing outcome-focused teams that understand their contribution to the Service and the wider success of the Childrens Services.

Requirements:

- Service Manager Experience within LA Front Door Teams

- Enhanced DBS or on the update service

- Social work qualification and SWE registration
