Panoramic Associates are working with a social housing provider in Southwest London in the search for a Technical Building Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is critical to their operations and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their community-focused initiatives.
The client is dedicated to providing quality housing solutions in the Southwest London area, who are striving to maintain and improve the living standards of the community.
Reporting to the Surveyors Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing surveys and repairs within the client’s housing units.
Responsibilities
- Conducting technical surveys and assessments of buildings.
- Collaborating with the Repairs Team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
- Demonstrating strong organisational skills and budget management abilities.
- Utilising expertise as a Senior Technical Surveyor to uphold standards of quality and safety.
- Maintaining a stable work history and exhibiting a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Surveyor in social housing.
- Familiarity with the Southwest London area and its unique community dynamics.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in our Southwest London office and travel within the community as needed.
