Panoramic Associates is supporting a South East-based Local Authority in their search for an experienced SEND Tribunal Officer to join their team on an interim basis.
This assignment offers a fully remote working arrangement and a dynamic caseload of complex appeals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 50 appeals, including Sections B, F, I and extended appeals such as EOTAS.

Collate evidence, update working documents, and draft written responses in line with Tribunal procedures.

Represent the Local Authority confidently at SEND Tribunal hearings.

Support and train permanent team members, particularly those new to the tribunal process.

Creating case bundles

Registering new appeals

Managing Tribunal timelines (calendar tracking and evidence requests)
