Property Manager
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £35k to £40k plus car allowance
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Command Your Portfolio: Oversee a vibrant mix of office, industrial, and retail properties, ensuring each one thrives under your expert management.
- Be the Client Hero: Act as the go-to contact for clients, handling everything from property inspections to resolving queries with finesse.
- Financial Wizardry: Prepare service charge budgets, reconciliations, and ensure seamless rent and insurance collections.
- Compliance Champion: Keep all properties in top shape by managing statutory compliance and coordinating maintenance with our FM support team.
- Innovate & Excel: Engage in business development, client care, and participate in exciting new ventures to expand our reach.
What We’re Looking For:
- RICS Qualified with 3-5 years PQE.
- Driven & Dynamic: You bring a commercial mindset, excellent communication, and organisational prowess to the table.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive under pressure, embrace change, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant IT packages.
- On the Move: Clean driving license is required for nationwide travel.
