Senior Property Manager
Location: London
Salary Range: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager to join this housing association team and take charge of the commercial property portfolio and Mixed-Use developments.
As a key member of our Portfolio Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful management and optimization of our property assets.
Based in the vibrant of London, this role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues within the Portfolio Management Team and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor robust Health and Safety policies and practices across the commercial property portfolio and Mixed-Use developments.

Adhere to the Group and Company’s Risk Management strategies. Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate against them.

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of assets.

Work closely with colleagues within the Portfolio Management Team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals and objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Monitor and manage budgets for the assigned portfolio, ensuring financial goals are met and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between tenants and the company.
