Panoramic Associates is currently working with a leading building and construction consultancy based in London to facilitate the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established consultancy that works across a variety of sectors, delivering high-quality building surveying services to prestigious clients. The role will focus on managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including condition surveys, dilapidations, and project management, with plenty of scope for professional growth and career progression.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Leading and delivering building surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration across a variety of client projects.
* Managing and overseeing the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion.
* Providing expert advice on building defects, project specifications, and building regulations.
* Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting their development.
* Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
To be successful in the role you will have:
* MRICS qualification or equivalent.
* Previous Consultancy experience.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Excellent client-facing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Experience in project management and delivering a range of surveying services.
