SENCo
Panoramic Associates is supporting an Academy Trust in London, in their search for a substantive SENCo. This will preferably be to start full-time in September 2024.
The school is a large Primary School, belonging to a Multi Academy Trust. Your role will involve overseeing all provision relating to SEND students and to line manage an SEN Co-Ordinator/ Assistant SENCo. Experience with EAL, Child Protection, EHCPs, PP and any other SEM case worker experience in beneficial. A NASENCo qualification is preferred. You would be required to teach for up to 2 days per week alongside the SENCo responsibilities, lessons can be dependent on the subject of the successful candidate.
This role would be perfect for a Deputy or Assistant SENCo looking to take the next step in their career. This MAT encourages internal career development and will support you with any qualifications you wish to gain. Being line managed by the Deputy for Inclusion and DSL you will gain a breadth of knowledge and development of skills within this post.
The school is in a strong position in terms of Ofsted and you would be joining a stable and experienced Senior Leadership Team, with the additional support of the wider trust.
