Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor
- End-to-end experience of retrofit projects
Desirables:
- Familiar with Core logic PasHub, ECMK assessor hub
- Possess strong knowledge of construction, heating systems, renewable energy, and current ventilation standards
- Have strong communication skills.
Panoramic Associates are currently working with a Private Retrofit Provider in the North to find an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to assist all stages of a retrofit project.
As Retrofit Coordinator you will be required to:
- Use Corelogic’s ‘PAS Hub’ software to manage the complete end-to-end retrofit coordination process. PAS Hub is specifically designed to support the PAS 2035 framework.
- Review submitted retrofit assessment documents to ensure compliance with PAS 2035 standards.
- Develop improvement option evaluations and medium-term plans for customer review.
- Create appropriate retrofit designs and ventilation strategies.
- Effectively communicate with our nationwide installer network through PAS Hub, email, and phone.
- Review installation evidence for quality and compliance.
- Register completed projects in the TrustMark data warehouse.
- Adhere to deadlines, ensuring all required documentation is submitted within the specified timeframes.
