We are looking to hire a Registered Manager for one of the largest adult social care providers in the UK, for a brand new supported living service.

They offer a dynamic, person-centred, and enriching service, ensuring individuals can lead fulfilling lives. They offer a variety of services, including Residential, Supported Living, and Complex Care, all tailored to provide the best support for those in need.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Lead, motivate and empower team and users to set ambitious goals and live enriched, fulfilled lives.
  • Ensure team follows the Quality Framework.
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework governing service provision, including the Care Standards Act 2000, CQC guidelines, and the Health and Social Care Act.
