Registered Manager

Panoramic Associates is exclusively supporting a reputable Adult Social Care provider in their recruitment for a Registered Manager for a Buckinghamshire based residential home. The service is a small residential home for adults and elderly people requiring personal or nursing care.

The opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, with the exiting Registered Manager leaving the home in an excellent state. The home has recently secured a Good judgement across all areas, has minimal agency usage and a strong staff and leadership team. The aim is for the home to move to Outstanding within the next few years.

You will be working for a large Social Care provider with an excellent reputation, and a record of promoting from within and developing staff. The ideal candidate would be a strong Deputy Manager, or a current RM looking for a move into a smaller home. A Level 5 would be preferable, or a willingness to complete this.

Salary banding is £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits. A slight increase might be considered for an excellent candidate. For more information please apply below, or contact Sophie on 07488 889516.
