Speciality: Complex needs, Autism and Learning disabilities experience.

We are seeking a Registered Manager for an outstanding supported living service, specialise in providing specialised care, support, and education for individuals with complex care needs, including challenging behaviours and learning disabilities, often in conjunction with autism.

You’ll need to be versatile, and able to supervise employees so that they can help people regain their independence through empowerment, active support, risk-taking that is constructive, and creative thinking.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Strong background as a Registered manager.
  • Show effective leadership in managing and challenging the Care staff and ensure a smooth run of the facility.
  • Hands on experience with Complex care needs, Learning disabilities and Autism.
