Your Role:
- Conduct statutory and intermediate site inspections independently to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations.
- Make confident, informed decisions on-site, consulting senior professionals only when necessary.
- Assess construction plans, providing expert technical guidance to developers and builders.
- Maintain meticulous records of inspections to uphold compliance and best practices.
- Monitor and verify project completions, particularly for Improvement Grants.
- Manage your workload effectively to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a strong site presence.
- Champion health and safety initiatives and adhere to information security standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 or 3 or higher) with a proven track record in building control or construction.
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders confidently.
