Quantity Surveyor

£300 - £500 per day + Negotiable

Panoramic Associates have partnered with a Local Authority in the East Midlands to assist in their search for 2 experienced client-side Quantity Surveyors on an initial 6 month basis.

The roles are within new-build and refurbishment, with the rates beginning at £300 per day. There are extensive programmes of work, with a very high likelihood that the initial 6 month contracts will be extended.

You will be working on a range of projects using NEC and JCT contracts, working with Managers on feasibility budgets and identifying value engineering opportunities.

Experience of working client-side would be ideal.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have worked on the client side, ideally with Local Authority experience
  • Have experience procuring contracts through frameworks
  • Have good working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
  • Have a RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree

MRICS status would be useful, but is not essential for this role.
