Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: London Area (Overseeing Multiple Branches)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Panoramic Associates are currently hiring on behalf of an expanding domiciliary care provider who are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to help oversee multiple branches in the London area. You will be ensuring a high quality of care is delivered within home care for individuals with complex care, dementia and additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality of care across multiple branches in the London area.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to care teams to enhance their performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with branch managers to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within the domiciliary care sector.
- Proven track record in a quality-focused role.
- Strong understanding of care standards and regulations, particularly for individuals with complex care needs and dementia.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage your own workload and diary effectively.
