Role: Quality Assurance/Contract Management Officer

Panoramic Associates have partnered up with a Local Authority in the North to assist them with the recruitment for a Quality Assurance Officer. This is a full-time interim position, a very good opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance officer who has extensively worked around Contract Management.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
- Carrying out contract reviews and follow-up reports across commissioned services, establishing and maintaining effective scheme review and inspection programs.
- Maintaining relationships with a range of partners and service users to ensure that the delivery of contracted services ensures the ongoing provision of customer-focused, quality services.
- Assisting in development of specifications, contracts, and procurement of services including accreditations and financial checks.
- To create documentation and implement systems for monitoring services, incorporating quality control and assurance, to ensure contract compliance.
An Ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following traits:
- Experienced Quality Assurance Officer.
- Through experience in Contract Management.
- Holder of a valid Driver’s license.
- Good people skills.
- Thorough experience working within local authorities.
