Panoramic Associates is supporting a Local Authority based in the North of England with the recruitment of a Project Manager to head up and deliver crucial regeneration and infrastructure schemes.
You will lead on an exciting infrastructure project as part of a major investment programme for the Local Authority, as well as other capital funded schemes which will amplify and regenerate the area.
This position is a flexible mix of home working and office-based work, with some site visits.
- Utilise transport funding to develop and deliver on multimillion pound capital infrastructure projects
- Work with consultants in planning application, transportation, land acquisition etc. to ensure that best practice and correct policy is achieved
- Formulate, contribute to, and approve technical design stages and solutions alongside the Programme Manager
- Line management duties, and management of both internal consultants/ contractors
To be considered for the position, you will have a good track record working on transport, construction, infrastructure or regeneration schemes across multiple disciplines and ideally have a sound understanding of internal Local Authority procedures and governance. Degree level qualification in the relevant areas or an extensive track record in delivering significant programmes is required.
