Interim Project Manager – (Leisure Scheme)

Fulltime – 2 days in office per week
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client in the Midlands to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead on transformation and corporate change initiatives within a large leisure scheme. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and oversee key transformation projects.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Lead the management and delivery of complex transformation and change projects in the leisure sector.
* Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
* Develop and present business cases to secure necessary resources for project delivery.
* Assist in the procurement process, ensuring the selection of appropriate contractors.
* Oversee projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery and evaluation.
* Ensure that transformation goals align with the broader corporate strategy of the local authority.
To be successful in the role you will have:
*Experience managing corporate change and transformation projects within a Local Authority setting.
* Proven track record in delivering leisure-related or public sector schemes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
* Experience in project management methodologies and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
Next Steps:
This is an initial 6-month contract with a potential for extension. You will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, with the remainder remote.
