Interim Project Manager (Commercial Build)
Initial 6-month Contract
London Based
Outside IR35
1-2 days in office per week
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Project Manager to oversee various commercial new build and refurbishment projects e.g. office blocks.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead day-to-day project management.
- Manage project initiation, planning, execution, program management, budgeting, and risk management.
- Produce management reports for senior management and presenting
- Proficiency in handling project finances, budgets, programme/ timetable and reporting.
- Managing and prioritising a diverse workload and conflicting deadlines/ time management. Delivering key project elements on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Demonstrable experience in project management within a local Authority, ideally related to built environment, regeneration, place making.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationship.
- Experience in local authority (LA) commissioning services, public procurement, and contract management.
- Knowledge of S106 and other Planning policy desirable

This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and Outside IR35 (subject to full determination). You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week, with the remainder remote.
