It's an exciting time for us and as the Programme Manager for Transformation & Business Change you will play a strategic and enabling role leading our ambitious change programme which will be key to delivering a new 10-year business plan that is currently being developed.

In this role you take the next step to further develop the current programme of change that launched in 2020 to embed the positive learning from the COVID pandemic, recognising that transformation is a permanent feature of the Council, and you will drive continuous improvement in our performance so that we continue to support and build stronger communities and become an outstanding local authority.
You will bring cohesion, purpose and direction through building excellent relationships. You will establish the principles, standards and a framework for an ongoing programme of transformation and change across the Council and will lead the development and delivery of this programme.
