Panoramic Associates are recruiting for an interim Programme Manager to join a Local Authority client for a 12 month contract on a fully remote basis. They are offering a competitive rate, outside IR35.
This Council's SEN Service is currently undergoing a large transformation project and they are looking for a Programme Manager to help oversee the implementation of a new Case Management System. The successful candidate would be responsible for the coordination of this programme, ensuring that it is being delivered smoothly and efficiently. The Programme Manager will also be working closely with three Transformation Leads - Operations, Communications and IT, ensuring that they are collaborating effectively and dealing with any escalations within the project team.
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience in delivering or implementing a large systems change, ideally a new case management system. You must also have proven experience working within Local Government. In the absence of delivering a new case management system, you must have excellent knowledge and understanding of these types of programmes. Finally, as this role sits within Special Educational Needs, it would be helpful if you had a basic understanding of SEND Services.
