Panoramic Associates are excited to announce we’re currently working with a local authority in the midlands helping them secure a Procurement Manager to join their team. You’ll be joining a team of 15 procurement staff managing the councils full procurement life cycle to enable service delivery to its customers and stakeholders
Role:
- Managing end to end procurement across a number of spend categories
- Implementing social value strategies
- Managing one direct report
Skills:
- Public sector procurement experience (ideally local government)
- Knowledge of works contracts and light touch regime
- Good knowledge of contract procedure rules and the upcoming procurement act
