Role: Principal Manager Performance and Intelligence

Rate: £400 p/d +

Contract: 6 months (view to extend)

Working Style: Fully remote


Lead a team of six Performance and Intelligence Officers ensuring that the performance and
information needs of the Council's Care and Support service block are met.

The successful role holder with lead on the development of a rolling programme of population needs analysis and
ensure that these are statistically sound, meaningfully interpreted and, in conjunction with
senior Commissioners, ensure that they are a routine part of the Commissioning Cycle
and used to inform the development of long-term Commissioning Strategies.


- Relevant Local Authority Experience

- Social Care Background and legislative knowledge around Council and NHS policies.

- Experience of using performance, intelligence data and evidence to drive service transformation.

- Have managed a team of Commissioners or Performance/Intelligence Officers.
