We are currently working with a London Borough to recruit a PMO Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent position and offers hybrid working.

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join the Corporate PMO team. This person will play a key role in helping to provide visibility and insight across the portfolio to support senior management in making strategic decisions.

Essential Criteria:

Experience in an analytical role within Portfolio office
Experience working with Project Portfolio Management tools and techniques
Solid understanding of the typical project lifecycle and grasp of various methodologies, e.g. waterfall. Agile. Etc.
Analytical experience dealing with large datasets to support management in decision making
Experience with Local Authorities would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join the CPMO team. This person will play a key role in helping to provide visibility and insight across the portfolio to support senior management in making strategic decisions.

This role will develop consistent, detailed reporting across the Portfolio to support the information needs of all stakeholders. They will also need to actively work to improve date quality and insight across projects in order to ensure reporting enables the governance and portfolio assurance processes.

The role will help to encourage the adoption of new Portfolio processes and tools and will help to track against KPIs to ensure that governance and assurance frameworks are effective.

The role will also be asked to support or drive one or more of the key processes within the PMO, e.g. planning & estimating, demand management & prioritization, resource management, financial management, risk management, resource management.
