We are seeking a Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established and compassionate care home in the UK, dedicated to providing high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. The modern, purpose-built facility offers a warm and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure service delivery complies with contractual agreements, Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, and company policies, with clear evidence of quality care aligned with the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework.
- Work closely with Quality and Governance Leads to drive continuous service improvement.
- Assist the Deputy Home Manager / Clinical Lead in recruiting, developing, and leading the Nursing and Care staff, ensuring adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Practice
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in successfully managing a large nursing home.
- Qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN is desirable.
- Experience in providing care for older adults.
- Skilled in supporting individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
