Job Title: New Roads and Street Works Inspector
Location: Midlands
Panoramic Associates is working with a Local Authority client in the Midlands to find a skilled NRSWA Inspector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of street and road works to ensure compliance
- Assess the quality of reinstatements ensuring they meet standards
- Collaborating closely with utility companies, contractors, and internal departments, ensure all works are completed to high standards within agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate records of inspections through reports, photographs and compliance documentation.
- Report progress and issues and contribute to senior management reports
Required Experience
- Full UK driving license
- NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
- Proven experience in inspecting street or road works, preferably within a local authority
- Strong understanding of NRSWA regulations, codes of practice, and traffic management principles.
- Experience in issuing defect notices and enforcing NRSWA compliance.
