Panoramic Associates is currently recruiting a Market Engagement and Development Manager (Supply Chain) to work with a Retrofit company in Bristol that supports homeowners across the West of England to accelerate the transition to low-carbon housing and building retrofit. This role will focus on domestic retrofit within the supply chain, playing a crucial role in engaging with the market and driving development initiatives.

Market Engagement and Development Manager – Domestic Retrofit – (Supply Chain)

Location: Bristol

Type: Full-time permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the domestic retrofit market.
  • Organize events and workshops to educate stakeholders about domestic retrofit solutions.
  • Lead the development of innovative approaches to support domestic retrofit projects.
  • Foster partnerships with external entities to enhance market development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and services tailored to market demands.
  • Identify and onboard new contractors and suppliers to strengthen the supply chain.
  • Maintain relationships with existing contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Assess and address gaps in the supply chain to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate market engagement and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

  • Background knowledge of the construction industry, including how projects and contractors operate, preferably with retrofit knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and site safety
  • A qualification in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or construction management is desirable.
  • At least two years of experience in market engagement or business development roles.
  • Experience in the construction or retrofit industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems or equivalent software is an advantage.
