Locum Commercial Property -Team Leader

Minimum 4 month contract

Hybrid - North London

£60+ per hour

Panoramic Associates have been instructed by local authority North London to recruit an experienced Commercial Property lawyer as Team Leader for their Property team, to join on a minimum 4 month basis.

You will be responsible for advising on matters arising in all areas of property, and liaising with multiple clients on complex corporate projects.

As a team leader role within the authority this position covers a political element and will take a high profile role in all elections. The successful candidate will advise council, cabinet and committee meetings on law and procedure.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing you the flexibility to work from home.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered
  • An excellent knowledge of Commercial Property law and proven experience of work in this area
  • Prior management experience, or experience in a similarly high-profile position
  • Experience of resolving and personally dealing with complex legal issues.

They are ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis however, part-time applicants will also be considered.
