Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client with the recruitment of a Locum Housing Litigation Solicitor for an initial three months, on a hybrid basis.
Whilst this is initially a three-month contract, the client anticipates it being a long-term opportunity as they are not looking to recruit permanently but have a lot of work across the team.
Logistics:
You would be required onsite three days per week – this includes court days and training days.
Role:
This role involves housing litigation work including disrepair but it’s part of a wider litigation team so she there’s also opportunity if you would like to do other litigation work such as debt recovery, contracts, construction & commercial disputes, police matters etc.
Requirements:
- Public sector housing litigation experience
- Experience of debt recovery and insolvency procedures
- Experience of advocacy in the County Court
- Experience of effective case management to Lexcel standards
- Experience working collaboratively in a team
- Experience of researching into different areas of law (desirable)
