Locum Commercial Property - Assistant Team Leader

Minimum 4-month contract

Hybrid - London

£50-55 per hour

Panoramic Associates have been instructed by a local authority in London to recruit an experienced Senior Property Lawyer to join their legal team for an initial 4-month contract as an assistant team leader.

You will be responsible for managing diverse a caseload of commercial property matters to include academy conversions, landlord and tenant matters, land registration matters, licences, sales, acquisitions and disposals.

You will be responsible for advising on matters arising in all areas of property, and liaising with multiple clients on complex corporate projects.

This is an ideal role for a confident Commercial Property Lawyer that wants to progress towards management you will be responsible for line management of more junior members of the property; and will support the Team Leader in the running and development of the team.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, allowing you the flexibility to work from home.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered
  • An excellent knowledge of Commercial Property law and proven experience of work in this area
  • Experience of managing your own caseload.

They are ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis however, part-time applicants will also be considered.
