Contract IT Project Manager – Multi Academy Trust Projects

Location: UK-wide / Hybrid
Contract: Initial 6-12 months
Day Rate: £500 (inside IR35)

Currently on the lookout for experienced IT Project Managers for upcoming contract roles within Multi Academy Trusts across the UK.

These projects will suit technically-minded PMs who can bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, not just managing timelines, but driving the technical detail too.

Projects include:

  • Cloud migrations (Microsoft 365 / Azure )
  • Data and systems integration across multiple schools
  • Process automation & digital transformation initiatives
  • Cyber security and compliance improvements (GDPR, DfE standards)
  • Infrastructure and network upgrades across multi-site environments

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure or cloud projects
  • Strong understanding of data governance and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – from IT teams to Trust leaders
  • Technical credibility – able to engage with engineers and suppliers
  • Ideally, experience within education (Multi Academy Trusts/Universities or schools)
