The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead our Internal Audit and Anti-Fraud Service. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage a team of auditors and oversee a diverse portfolio of audits, driving the delivery of high-quality internal audit services. You’ll work with both in-house teams and external partners to implement the audit plan, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing audit team.
- Manage the delivery of the internal audit plan with external partners.
- Provide strategic advice on risk, governance, and internal controls.
- Oversee complex audits and consultancy reviews.
About You:
- Significant experience in senior-level internal audit (Public Sector).
- Expertise in risk management and governance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Degree or professional finance qualification (CCAB, CMIIA, CIA, QIAL).
