Panoramic Associates are supporting our Local Authority client in the South of England with the recruitment of an Interim Transformation Programme Manager for an initial six months, ideally on a full-time basis. You will be required to attend onsite 2-3 days per week so it’s important that you live in the region.
There is potential for this role to be Outside IR35.
Role:
This council is undergoing substantial transformation, with significant savings targets attached to it – so as part of your role you will lead the programme management resource to help hit targets. This is at outcome-focused project where you will help achieve specific deliverables.
You will play a leading role on the service redesign, helping improve efficiency across council services.
Requirements:
- Previous transformation programme manager/programme lead position
- Evidence delivering savings within local government through transformation
- Extensive experience in the transformation team of a Local Authority
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
