I'm currently recruiting for an Interim Supported Living Manager/ Interim Registered Manager role in the north Manchester area.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the Supported Living service provided to customers is consistenly of a high quality, and that the care planning processes are person centered, and that all records are completely accurate in accordance with legislative requirements. You will also directly manage a number of staff in the Supported Living Team and provide leadership to the wider team.
This position will be reporting into the Head of Operations.
Key requirements:
  • Experience of managing a service within a care and supported living envrionment
  • Budget management
  • Experience in managing and developing a medium to large team

A 6-12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), with a good balance of remote working, and travel to various locations in a close geographical area. Opportunity to go permanent.
