Panoramic Associates has partnered with a Sheltered Housing Scheme based in Hertfordshire to recruit for an Interim Service Manager.
Our client is looking for an experienced Manager to oversee their three sheltered housing/supported living schemes catering for older people. As the Interim Service Manager, you will provide line management to the Team Leaders. You will work to ensure that the best care is provided across the services, in line with CQC regulations. Furthermore, you will work closely with the team to meet the needs of the service users – enabling independence and opportunities.
They are offering a hybrid model of working (3 days on-site and 2 days remote) making this a great role for anyone looking for a bit more flexibility. They are also offering a competitive daily rate.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following:
- Service Manager or equivalent
- Sheltered Housing/Supported Living/Extra Care/Independent Living experience
- You will be able to start within the next 4 weeks
