Panoramic Associates are working exclusively with a special school in the South East who are looking to bring on an Interim Senior Leader, to join them ASAP and remain in post until the end of the academic year.

The school offers support for Children from KS3-KS5 who have a primary diagnosis of SEMH or ASD.

Focus of the role:

  • Curriculum and Quality of Education
  • Developing Behaviour
  • Line management of Middle Leaders
  • Modelling best practice

You must have held an SLT position in an SEN School before. DSL certificate or equivalent highly desirable, but if not, willingness to complete one is essential.

This role will start ASAP so you must be immediately available and able to work on-site, in the South East, for 5 days per week.
