Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority to support them in the recruitment for a Interim SEND Complaints and Resolution team manager.

This post will take responsibility for managing the SEND Complaints and Resolutions team where you will be supporting the team of complaints and resolution officers manage and mediate complex cases and complaints to ultimately resolve them and reduce the number of cases going to the SEND tribunal.

You must be an experienced SEND Team Manager with Complaints / Tribunal experience to be able to hit the ground running.
