Panoramic Associates is working with a school based in Kent, seeking an Interim School Business Manager. This role will be starting ASAP until Christmas. The position offers a competitive daily rate and a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Oversight: Provide management to the Site Manager,
- Finance Manager, and HR Manager.
- Leadership in Various Functions: Lead recruitment, administration, financial, premises, and IT functions.
- Project Leadership: Lead on projects, particularly focusing on Health & Safety (H&S).
- Budget Management: Compile and present budgets in meetings.
- Funding Acquisition: Lead initiatives to secure additional funds.
- HR Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Possess an Accounting or School Business Manager (SBM) qualification.
- Experience: Demonstrate significant experience as a School Business Manager, particularly in larger settings or during periods of change.
