Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager ready to make a meaningful impact in a specialist care setting? We’re seeking an exceptional interim leader to support a well-established care home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in East Sussex.
About the Role
As Interim Registered Manager, you’ll provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight to ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You’ll work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to maintain a safe, person-centred environment that promotes independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding care

Drive quality improvement initiatives and safeguard best practices

Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners
About You

Registered Manager with proven experience in LD and mental health settings

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
