We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Registered Manager to oversee a small service for adults with complex needs in the West Midlands. This temporary position is essential to ensure continuity of care and deliver high standards within the service during a transitional period. You’ll work closely with the team to provide person-centred support, ensuring that all care plans meet regulatory standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring effective service delivery and a safe environment for all residents.
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date.
- Support, coach, and develop the care team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee individualised care plans for residents, ensuring that their needs and preferences are met.
- Liaise with families, local authorities, and health professionals to maintain open communication and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager with previous experience in managing services for adults with complex needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations and experience in maintaining compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a person-centered approach.
- Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and manage resources effectively.
