Panoramic Associates are currently working with a complex care domiciliary care provider to support in the recruitment of an Interim Clinical Lead Nurse. Within the role you will lead, support, and facilitate the nursing and medical needs of service users with complex care needs. Based in the Dorset area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support and guidance to staff members across various care packages.
- Assist with complex care needs and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained.
- Travel to different locations within the Dorset area to support staff and patients.
- Collaborate closely with health care professionals to deliver effective care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate care practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid pin.
- Previous experience in complex care settings is essential.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage complex patient needs.
- Ability to travel to different locations as required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and situations.
- Management experience.
