About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Recruitment Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to a school setting. This role offers flexible hours and is remote-based, with one monthly on-site visit to the school in the South West.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle general recruitment tasks and manage queries received in the Recruitment/ People inbox.

Provide administrative support across all areas of the People function, including:

Recruitment

Employee Relations

Payroll Support

Change Management projects

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Recruitment experience essential.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience within an education setting highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
