Panoramic Associates is looking for a skilled Interim Public Health Commissioning Manager to join our London based local authority client. This role is a full time role until end of March 2025. This role involves overseeing the commissioning and contract management of public health services, ensuring best practices are followed, and leading the strategic development of public health programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commissioning and performance management of public health services.
- Provide expertise in procurement and contract management.
- Oversee financial management and compliance with relevant policies.
- Develop and implement effective commissioning strategies and programmes.
- Collaborate with partners and represent the organisation
- Line management of a senior commissioning officer and a contracts officer
Requirements:
- Strong background in public health commissioning and contract management.
- Experience in leading teams and developing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to shifting demands and priorities
