Panoramic Associates are working with a local authority Public Health Intelligence team to recruit to the role of Public Health Intelligence Specialist. This is a full time post for a period of 6 months paid on a inside ir35 daily rate.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to work collaboratively across both a council and a CCG to deliver on the health needs assessment for SEND (special education needs and disability) and to support development of a wider Joint Strategic Needs Assessment.
The successful candidate will utilise their analytical and epidemiological skills to bring data to life, synthesise data to create insight suitable for a range of audiences supporting decision making, be proactive and comfortable working across systems and on multiple projects.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate;
- Expert knowledge of data sources relevant to public health and wider health determinants
- Working knowledge of specialist statistical software such as SPSS and use of Power BI
- Experience in public health or local government.
